We took a phased approach launching this site supporting a new Chase banking program called RealCash. Phase 0 was the soft launch friends and family phase, where we created the nuts and bolts of the cash back program account center. Screens after the jump.

Phase 1 - RealCash Simulation Calculator
Phase 1 saw the program offerings grow, along with supporting, detailed “how it works” pages, including a calculator and other program FAQs.
Phase 2 - Accessibility Compliant Demo (concept, storyboards, layouts, casting & development)
For Phase 2, we concepted, storyboarded, cast, & created an accessibility standards compliant demo to walk prospective customers through the program and how it works. Our approach was “learn by example”, and taking cues from real consumers day-to-day lives, we wove together a story showing how one RealCash cardholder takes advantage of the program every day.
